Cornerstones is seeking its next CEO to succeed Kerrie Wilson, who will retire after 25 years of extraordinary service. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary, mission-driven leader to guide one of Northern Virginia’s most impactful nonprofits into its next chapter.
The CEO will provide strategic leadership, oversee a $16M budget and 120+ staff, drive revenue strategy and fundraising, and serve as a trusted spokesperson for Cornerstones’ mission of promoting stability, empowerment, and hope. Candidates should bring significant senior leadership experience, strong fundraising and financial management skills, and a passion for community service.
