ASAPP (Assistance Services and Access Program) Food Pantry provides individuals and families with access to nutritious food and other essential resources. Located within Cornerstones’ network of services, ASAPP connects neighbors experiencing food insecurity with immediate assistance while also helping connect them to resources that can strengthen household stability.
SNAP at Market
At the Lake Anne Farmers Market, Cornerstones helps SNAP recipients stretch their benefits while bringing home more fresh, nutritious food. Shoppers can use their SNAP/EBT benefits to purchase tokens for use at participating farmers market vendors, with Cornerstones providing a match that increases their purchasing power.
SNAP at Market helps families access fresh fruits and vegetables, supports healthier eating, and puts SNAP dollars directly into the hands of local farmers and food producers.

Homebound Food Delivery
HOMEBOUND FOOD DELIVERY: BRINGING FOOD TO THE DOOR
With the support of dedicated volunteers, Cornerstones provides weekly food deliveries to seniors and people with disabilities who may have difficulty accessing a food pantry or grocery store. By bringing nutritious food directly to their homes, the program helps ensure that mobility or transportation challenges don't become barriers to food security.

FREE from Hunger Center | Food Hub
Cornerstones’ 10,000-square-foot FREE from Hunger Center in Sterling is a regional food rescue and distribution hub designed to move large-scale food donations where they are needed most. With substantial refrigerated and freezer capacity, the Food Hub rescues and stores fresh and shelf-stable food and distributes it through a network of 10 partner food pantries and feeding programs, including Cornerstones’ own ASAPP Food Pantry. Since opening in November 2023, the Food Hub has distributed more than 1 million pounds of food to help nourish families across our community
