A Successful HNRC Health and Wellness Resource Fair

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

Cornerstones hosted a free Community Health and Wellness Fair in partnership with the Fairfax County Neighborhood Community Services (NCS). We had whopping one hundred sixty-seven neighbors in attendance! Neighbors at the Fair were able to visit several resource partners who provide services varying from physical and mental health screenings, to utility assistance, and transportation services.

Cornerstones CEO Shannon Steene and staff were present and engaged with partners and neighbors. We were delighted to receive visits and support from Senator Jennifer Boysko, Delegate Karen Keys-Gamarra, and Herndon Mayor Kevin LeBlanc.

There were a variety of organizations and businesses in attendance, who offer support to women, children, individuals and families.
