Cornerstones of Our

Community

For more than 55 years, Cornerstones has been serving families across the Dulles Corridor, and we proudly honor the remarkable contributions of our most dedicated supporters at the annual Cornerstones of Our Community celebration.

Cornerstones of Our Community honors an individual or organization that has demonstrated longstanding dedication to Cornerstones, our mission, and the broader community through leadership, advocacy, generosity, and service. The 2027 honoree will be announced in the of Fall 2026.

This special event celebrates the power of community and the collective commitment to advancing Cornerstones’ mission—helping individuals and families achieve stability, empowerment, and hope.

The celebration will bring together hundreds of business and community partners, faith leaders, nonprofit allies, advocates, and supporters to reflect on our shared milestones and the positive impact we’ve made on the economic stability and vibrancy of families throughout Northern Virginia.

It’s a unique opportunity for companies to align their brand with a meaningful cause and connect with a passionate community that drives change. Funds raised will directly fuel Cornerstones' essential work, from expanding access to affordable housing and ensuring food security to nurturing the well-being and success of children and families.
